Prior registration is compulsory. No spot entries will be allowed.
Participants must report at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
Registration does not guarantee selection for the simultaneous game with IM C. S. Gokhale.
Confirmed participants who remain absent without prior notice may be restricted from participating in future free CKA programs for one year.
Participants must maintain discipline and follow all instructions issued by the organisers and venue staff.
Chess Knight Academy reserves the right to modify the schedule, batch allocation, or event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
Entry Fees once paid cannot be refunded
Player must ensure to report at the Venue on the tournament day.
Attending Both days is compulsory for all.
No request toward absence will be entertained
